Vegetables..

     There are some people who eat only vegetables.It is because their religion does not allow them to eat meat.Others believe that it is healthier to eat only vegetables.

     There are many types of vegetables.Some have leaves.Most of vegetables are cooked before being eaten.A few types like the tomato,cucumber,salad leaves and celery are be eaten raw.In order to maintain their good value,vegetables should not be over cooked.

     Most vegetables grow as plants do,while some like the long beans,cucumber and pumpkin grow from creepers.Potatoes and tapioca grow underground.Vegetables are good for everybody..
